Survival Odds and Gross Returns
In Ferry Locks, you select one of four exit locks before starting. The game applies independent survival chances at successive stages: 80%, 75%, two-thirds, and 50%. Reaching your chosen exit yields a gross return of 1.2×, 1.6×, 2.4×, or 4.8× your stake. Failure results in zero return. The score function multiplies these survival rates by the gross returns to determine expected value, showing that higher exit choices offer larger payouts but lower survival probability.
Stakes, Settlement, and Wallet Rules
Stakes are set at 10, 25, 50, or 100 virtual coins, with 25 as the default. Your total stake is deducted once at the start and persists before any animation begins. The payout is computed in hundredths, with any fractional carry kept separately from credited whole coins. Automatic settlement occurs at your chosen exit or when the reveal ends; you cannot manually stop the round. If you reload the page, any unfinished round is discarded without refund or resume.
Simulated Evidence and Controls
Simulation data from one million rounds shows an expected return to player (RTP) of 96% across all crash choices, with simulated results closely matching this expectation. Controls include stake selection, a start button, and preselected exit locks. The manual idle refill is only available when your balance falls below 10 coins, setting your balance to 1000 coins. During an active round, stake, start, and mode controls are disabled, and the refill button is hidden.
Frequently asked questions
Does reloading the game refund my lost stake?
No. Reloading the page discards any unfinished round without refund or resumed settlement. Your stake remains deducted from your balance.
How is the payout calculated and credited?
The payout is calculated in hundredths. Any fractional carry is kept separately, while only the floor of whole coins is credited to your wallet. The remainder stays in the fractional carry until it is used or reset.
