Game Mechanics and Probabilities

Before starting, you choose your exit lock from options one through four. The survival chances at successive locks are 80%, 75%, two-thirds, and 50%. Reaching your chosen exit returns a gross multiplier of 1.2x, 1.6x, 2.4x, or 4.8x respectively. Failure at any lock returns zero, and there is no manual exit option during the round. The score function indicates survival rates of 0.8, 0.6, 0.4, and 0.2 at the exits, which when multiplied by the gross multipliers yields expected returns of 0.96.

Wallet, Stakes, and Settlement

Stakes are set to 10, 25, 50, or 100 virtual coins, with 25 as the default. The stake is deducted once at the start and persists before any animation. Payouts are computed in hundredths, adding saved fractional carry to credit floor whole coins while keeping the remainder between zero and ninety-nine. Automatic settlement occurs at the chosen exit or end of reveal, with no manual stop or autoplay. Reloading discards any unfinished round without refund or resumed settlement.

Controls and Wallet Restoration

Controls for stake, start, and mode are disabled while the round is active. Manual idle refill is available only when the balance is below ten coins, setting the balance to one thousand coins rather than adding that amount. The fractional carry is persisted separately as integer hundredths, ensuring the remainder is retained even on refill. Whole coins are stored in local storage, and controls reset upon reload. The exit or arc choice also resets to one when the page is reloaded.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if I reload the page during a round?

The unfinished round is discarded without refund or resumed settlement. Your stake remains deducted, and controls reset to their default state.
